Comme ci comme ca

I started today off with a bang .. I went for a 20min run at 5am

and then I did a few arm and ab exercises then i made my (pineapple/spinach/beetroot/grapes/carrot) smoothie and I had that for breakfast.  I had rice and goat meat soup for lunch. I’m really trying to push myself through my insanity sessions. Today’s session of insanity max 30 was  🔥🔥.
